If you are not satisfied for any reason after installing, registering and using the product, we will refund your full amount within 14 days of purchase. This policy applies to all products and packages. All validated refund requests are processed within 2-4 weeks. If you do not provide all of the required information, your request may be denied or processing of your refund may be delayed. Products purchased as Not for Resale or products purchased from an authorized We Sound Human dealer/distributor are excluded. All products purchased from an authorized We Sound Human retailer/distributor must be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased (subject to that retailer's return policy).

We Sound Human License Agreement

You can use full versions of our samples, loops and instruments to create, produce and release your own productions without paying We Sound Human royalties (ie royalty free). The full version of our products is "unlicensed" because you acquire the license to use our products when you purchase that specific product. The only thing you can't do with our products is a library of samples like the ones we sell. You may not resell, lend or rent any of the We Sound Human products you have purchased. Trial versions of our products are for evaluation purposes only and are not covered by end user license agreement or royalty-free use. Below is a copy of our general license agreement:

End User License Agreement

The samples contained in this document are licensed from We Sound Human and are not being sold to you, the individual end user. This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted exclusively to the individual end user who has purchased a lawfully manufactured copy of this product from We Sound Human or an authorized We Sound Human dealer. All Samples remain the property of We Sound Human and are licensed solely for use in creating a live or recorded performance incorporating the Licensed Samples as part of a derivative musical work created by the Licensed End User. This License expressly prohibits reselling, renting, lending, giving away or transmitting these Samples in any form or medium, except as part of a derivative musical work. Samples may not be included unmodified or as part of a derivative work in Sample Libraries or Virtual Instruments. If you use this product to create a music library or music for inclusion in a music library catalog, you cannot use the demo mix track files or recreate the demo mix track, you can only use the other files for create a derivative work of music. . When present, demo mix track files contain the word "demo" in the file name. Some products do not include demo mix track files or demo files. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by We Sound Human.

Can you use We Sound Human products when creating production music or music libraries?

Yes! We Sound Human makes loops and virtual instruments. All virtual instruments are licensed for use in creating music, including music libraries. Our loop libraries are usually in a modular format. This means that we create a complete song and present the themes or individual tracks. The mix or demo track cannot be used to create a music library, and you cannot recreate the mix or demo track for music library purposes. Themes or files other than the mix track or demo track can be used to create library songs.

Can I use We Sound Human products to create a loop library or a virtual instrument?

No, sorry, We Sound Human libraries or loop library items cannot be used to create other loop libraries or virtual instruments. We Sound Human Virtual Instruments cannot be used to create loop libraries or other virtual instruments.

Is the Test Drive format of We Sound Human products covered by the license agreement?

Yes! Test Drive versions of our products are covered by the protection and royalty-free coverage provided by the license agreement above.

Our sample libraries are available in the following formats:

wave/acid

WAV files are the industry standard and are compatible with all major sample and loop software on the market, including FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro X, Steinberg Cubase, Presonus Studio One, Cockos REAPER, Digidesign Pro Tools and many more. Acidised Wave files contain additional metadata similar to Apple Loops and Rex2 formats, allowing for additional time-stretching, looping, and tempo capabilities. While they will likely work in all software that supports the .wav format, they may not display time and loop information in some programs.

Compatible with Logic Pro X, Garageband, Apple Logic Express, Soundtrack Pro and more, Apple Loops lets you automatically adjust and adapt to different tempos and keys due to encoded hit points and other metadata included along with the audio.

Rex2 loops compatible with Propellerhead Reason, PreSonus Studio One, Steinberg Cubase, Steinberg Nuendo, Cockos REAPER, Apple Logic, Digidesign Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Cakewalk Project5, Cakewalk Sonar, Image-Line FL Studio, MOTU Digital Performer, MOTU Mach 5 ( software sampler) and Synapse Audio Orion Platinum and contain metadata along with the audio that enables additional features such as time stretching.

multitrack drums

Multitrack drum kit is provided in WAV file format and contains all drum kit elements such as kick drum, snare drum, hat and more as its own separate file, giving you complete control over each of the drum kit elements in your mix. Multitrack recordings of performances contain the complete studio session without restrictions.

Unfortunately, the Kontakt editions of our libraries do not work with the free Kontakt Player and do not function as a standalone VST instrument. Kontakt full version 5.6.5 or later is required to use Kontakt editions of our products.

ALTHOUGH, you can use the sample libraries | Use Edition natively with all current DAWs and software including FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro X, ProTools, Cubase, Studio One, Garageband and any current looping software.
